Champions of Change

As the clocks change and the time changes, notice if your circadian rhythm changes too. I woke up earlier than usual this morning.... how about you?

Although the shift from Daylight Saving Time to Eastern Standard Time is a minor illustration of how we adapt to change…

There are many opportunities to champion the changes we experience in our lives.

Just a week ago, the Wisdom Circle women lost a dear soul. Natalie Gottleib was an artist, poet, Gestalt therapist, a seeker, a friend, mother, sister and guide.

She spoke in class, with measured breath and deep insight. She dug from a deep well of knowledge and yet always wanted to hear more.

This week, Natalie won’t be in her seat — a space will be left in the room, yet a fullness will be in our hearts. Prayers abound for an easy delivery to her next destination.

We are the champions of change. We adapt. We accept. We embrace. We excavate the land we walk upon and dig deeper to draw out the minerals and elixirs that give us strength and sustenance.

Where is your inner champion? What does he or she look like? And the motto that enlivens you each day to make you feel and do your best?

Say it out loud or --- sing it like Queen sang it for us!

We are the champions We are the champions No time for losers 'Cause we are the champions of the world
