Always Do Your Best

Can you imagine being free from guilt, shame, fear and self-criticism? Free from judgement? Of both yourself and others?

The Four Agreements is considered a path to personal freedom.

I believe it’s the The Fourth Agreement, Always Do Your Best, that has the power to set us free. Let’s Review:

Do your best to be impeccable with your word. Do your best and don’t take anything personally. Do your best and don’t make assumptions and do your best to always do your best.

There is a single place from which true freedom comes.

I addressed it years ago and even used it as a tag line in my broadcasting days.

When I hosted The InnerViews Radio Show, each time I signed off the air I would say, “This is Liz Sterling. Thank you for joining us for today's edition of InnerViews and remember to…

See Life from the Inside Out.”

That was back in the Y2K days and truth be told, I’m still learning how to see life from the inside out.

A recent client whose sight is becoming impaired told me she’s learning to develop her inner vision because her outer vision is failing.

“I can sense more, feel more, intuit more and even my thoughts are becoming more clear.” she told me. Inner Vision has the power to help us do/feel/act our best.

Tune in to your inner wisdom to see what’s best in yourself and in others.

Can you imagine what it would feel like to know and then to acknowledge that you were doing your best? Wow, that sounds like freedom to me!
