Deepak Chopra was in south Florida last week. Having interviewed him a dozen or so times, over the years, I was excited to see him again.
Deepak amazes me -- he is a pure channel for our evolution. Where science seeks to exact numbers and equations, Chopra pushes the limits of consciousness and evolution —
leading the way for humanity to leap beyond the boundaries of societal constructs.
He proposes that our limitations come from the stories, myths, philosophies religions and theologies that have bound our true perception and lock us into attachment, pain and suffering.
I asked Deepak, “What is the focus of our intention, individually and collectively, to make life matter now?”
“Liz, find out who you are beyond mind and body. He guided me in a mediation to be present in a state of total awareness.
Deepak’s awareness is like the expanding universe — a boundless field of infinite possibilities.
As Albert Einstein said, “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.”
This week, my epiphany is simple — feel more deeply, make your hugs a little tighter, see the infinite in a grain of sand and co-mingle with the stars. Touch the world as if you were the world — and revel in the mysterious!
