Emotions, Immunity & Frequency

Some people are feeling pulled apart these days. Inside our homes we are vacillating from feeling fatigued, uncertain, anxious, panicked, and at times overwhelmed with frustration.

There’s a lot of extra time to think and worry and there’s also been tremendous disruption.

Then there are moments of feeling satisfied, accepting and allowing….just going with he flow and trusting the process.

Some clients have reported that life feels like a huge roller coaster of emotions and feelings:

day to day and moment to moment, the highs are high and the lows are low.

My goal here is two-fold:

  1. Identify our emotion/s ( in any given moment) and then accept what you're feeling

  2. Change/shift your vibration/frequency to be as high as possible.

In this blog, you will discover how to monitor your emotions and

upgrade what you're feeling so your frequency can increase.

Why this is important?

We’ll start with the frequency of our emotions.

Let’s look at what this means.

As explained by Abraham in the book Ask and It Is Given, the Emotional Guidance Scale is a scale of our feelings and emotions, in sequence from our highest vibrational feelings to our lowest.




Positive Expectation/Belief



















As Abraham explains, to “raise your vibration” it is easiest to travel through the emotions from one to the next, rather than try to leap all the way to the top. For example, if you were feeling pessimistic, it would be easier to achieve a vibration that resonated at boredom than it would to shoot all the way to feeling joyful and empowered. From boredom you could then reach for contentment, then hopefulness, and then continue all the way up one step at a time.

Use the scale above to identify where you are emotionally at the moment. Are you resonating at a high vibration and therefore feeling joy and empowerment, or are you a little lower down on the list? Your emotions always provide you with clues to let you know what kind of energy you are projecting.


COVID -19 has a vibration of 5.5hz

It’s been proposed that it dies above 25.5hz

CORONAVIRUS like any other virus, (COVID-19) has a very low vibration with a closed electromagnetic circuit structure, with a resonance frequency of around 5.5 Hz – 14.5 Hz.

Mostly, it has been observed that in the higher ranges it is not active.

For a person who lives in high vibrations, the coronavirus may threaten merely as an acute respiratory infection. The reason behind this is the body of a healthy person “vibrates” in the higher ranges.

Occasionally, for various reasons, it slips into lower vibrations. The reasons for this can be various disturbances occurring in the energy balance or his aura field.

The reasons for having low vibration can be:

Fatigue(physical or mental)


Nervous tension(stress or anxiety)



Malnutrition etc.

To vibrate at a higher frequency, do not constantly watch the news or ingest negative information.

Be aware that when you lower your vibrational resonance you can compromise your immune system.

The frequency of the earth today is 27.4hz. but there are places that vibrate very low where the vibration drops to 20hz, or less still. Avoid these places, if possible

Funeral or burial places

Basements or Underground etc.

High Voltage Electrical Wires

Watching Thrillers Scary Movies

For humans with low vibration, the virus becomes dangerous.

Here are examples of what lowers our frequency:

Pain 0.1 to 2hz.

Fear 0.2 to 2.2hz.

Irritation 0.9 to 6.8hz.

Noise 0.6 to 2.2hz.

Pride 0.8 hz.

Abandon 1.5hz.

Superiority 1.9 hz.

Instead:Increase your frequency with these qualities:

Generosity 95hz

True thanks 150 hz

Compassion 150 hz or more.

Love of neighbor and all living beings 150 Hz and more.

Unconditional and universal love from 205hz onwards.

The vibration of prayer goes from 120 to 350hz

What helps us vibrate high?

Loving, Smiling, Laughing, Blessing, Thanking, Playing, Helping, Painting, Singing, Dancing, Meditating, Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathing exercises, Walking in the Sun, Exercising, Enjoying nature.

Eat food that are natural: seeds-grains-legumes-fruits and vegetables.

LESS Processed Foods are recommended and drink water think positively as you eat and drink)
